In high school ya gotta learn that if you’re late you might as well be hella late and go have some breakfast or some shit
after lunch i did 20 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins on the bike and now iv cleaned around my room done several loads of laundry and have eaten dinner I’m doing some circuits / strength training
my number one piece of advice is drink water and stay hydrated. we are made out of water. everything in us is made of water. and u are sitting there drinking a diet coke tellin me that’s all you’ve had to drink today. please get up and drink some water. for the love of god.
