after lunch i did 20 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins on the bike and now iv cleaned around my room done several loads of laundry and have eaten dinner I’m doing some circuits / strength training
my number one piece of advice is drink water and stay hydrated. we are made out of water. everything in us is made of water. and u are sitting there drinking a diet coke tellin me that’s all you’ve had to drink today. please get up and drink some water. for the love of god.
Don’t think of exercise as burning off food you’ve eaten or plan to eat.
It’s not, “I just burned 80 calories, now I can eat that yogurt tonight guilt-free.”
It’s, “I just burned 80 calories, now I’m going to eat that yogurt to give my body the energy it needs to continue burning fat and building muscle.”
Change your mindset.
I still struggle with this more than I care to admit.
