Going to post it separately because wow even I hadn’t noticed this difference so much. From Christmas to April 23rd I’ve lost 20 pounds and gained all sorts of good habits and strengths. I can kick negative Nancy’s butts now! And run away faster than they could catch me. (last minute edit to mention I loved my body before and love it now I’m mostly proud of what I’ve accomplished and what I can DO not just how it looks)

actually i dont feel like working out:( my dog died a couple fays ago. and im so sad. i feel like stupid for being so sad but she was my bestfriend. my only friend. but i know she wouldnt want me to be sad. ugh
