got bloodwork don this morning so i didnt want to do anything to hard so i rode the bike for 30 mins! now onto squats!
dad bought me protein powder and iv just beed putting them in my smoothies. i dont know what else to put them in? do any of you have ideas on where i could place it in my diet? also iv been eating two servings if pb a day. BUT I LOVE IT SO MUCH. i know i have to stop though! its like im an addict haha
